Lipsticks – How to Apply lipsticks?

It can add more beauty in your personality, but if lipstick applied shabbily, it ruins your whole image.
Follow these useful tips while applying lipstick, and learn how to make your lipstick last long.

HOW TO APPLY LIPSTICK:

First step:
clean lips with a piece of cotton wool swab-dipped in cleansing milk, then apply a good base of foundation cream and powder to remove all color from your lips. Because lipstick does not give lustre if lips are not clean
Second step:
draw an outline of your lips, with a lip pencil or liner. Keep this thing in your mind, that the shade of your lip pencil should be same as that of your lipstick.
Third step:

for the upper lips, start from the centre and move out towards the corner of the mouth.
Fourth step:
for the lower lip, work from side to side.
Fifthth step:
For more professional look, use a lip brush . Just swipe the brush over the lipcolor/lipstick you want. And apply after lipliner.
Sixth step:
open your mouth wide and brush the color into the corners, so the edges must not remain unfilled.
Seventh step:
keep a tissue paper in between your lips, it will remove the access amount of lipstick from your lips.

VERY USEFUL TIPS FOR APPLYING LIPSTICK AND MAKE IT LONG LASTING:
1. First apply lip liner . Because if you apply lipstick first and then try to apply lip liner you will not be able to see the natural line of your lips. Avoid it.
2. Apply lip liner just outside your natural lip line, if you have plump lips.
3. If you want to hide lip lines, apply lipstick vertically.
4. If lipstick spreads on lips, apply powder on lips. Now let it dry and then apply lipstick.
5. If you have a broad mouth, apply light shade lipstick.
6. If you have a small face use light shade on lower lip and darker tinge on upper lip.
7. If you are going for mat shades, you can use shining lip liner for outlining your lips. It’s very trendy.
8. If you wear braces, and you don’t like them, you might find lip gloss to work better than lipstick.
9. To avoid Lipstick staining your teeth , First pucker your lips in an extreme ‘O’ and then apply the lipstick.
10. To avoid lipstick from sticking to the glass you are drinking from, lick the edge of the glass before touching your lips to it.
11. Don’t throw your broken lipstick, light a match under the broken part, when the lipstick melts a little then put it back on the base. swivel down the lipstick and put it in the fridge, for for 5 minutes.
12. Use cold cream to remove lipsticks as this will help to soften your lips. After removing lipstick, dab on a bit of moisturizer.

KEEP YOUR LIP GLOSS FOR LONGER!
First fill your lips with lip liner and then apply lip gloss on your lips.
The gloss has something to stick to, therefore it will lasts longer.

KEEP YOUR LIPSTICK LAST LONGER!
Use your lip liner as a base for your lipstick. In that way lipstick lasts longer. While using light lipstick, use nude liner. Then slick your lipstick on top of it.

CHOOSE SUITABLE LIPSTICK COLOUR!
1. Before you select any shade/colour for your lipstick, keep these things in your mind, your age,the occasion, , and the the clothes you are wearing.

2. Natural shades suit the teenagers.
3. Young women with fair complexion between 18 to 25 should use pink shades.
4. Older women? avoid gloss and matter lipstick and stick to creamy lipstick.
5. Working women should avoid bright shades of lipsticks, while going to work.
6. Apply lighter shades of lipstick for the appearance of fuller lips, and if you want your lips to look smaller(thinner) apply darker colors.
